Summer is for color:) Usually when it's that hot and humid I shy away from bold colors as I feel that they add to the heat. I made an exception this time because the materials of my garments are so soft and airy.
I don't know about you, but I love Jumpsuits. I feel that I can look dressy enough for a party, yet comfortable to move around and enjoy my time. I am usually not a black kind of a gal, but I wanted something chic, simple, understated, yet elegant and fun for my last week party.
What a beautiful day to celebrate our Independence. It is sunny and not too warm here in the midwest. Just the perfect Michigan Summer Day. It is amazing to think that this day marks the creation of this great country named the USA.
There is a strong correlation between how we dress and the way we feel. It's one whole package. Our mood dictates to a certain extent what we choose to wear on a particular day. What we put on, on the other hand, can affect also how we act and the way we carry ourselves.
My Wardrobe consists mainly of pastel colors, but every now and then I like a screaming outfit;) It all depends on the mood and on the occasion. Today marks the last day of Ramadan (my fasting month) and tomorrow is the first day of our three day feast. I am feeling the vibe to be colorful and sport a fun outfit.

In almost every religion out there there is some sort of fasting associated with it. It's a period of detoxification for the mind, the soul, and the physical body. Even yogis have their own regimen when it comes to fasting. It has long been a means of purification and self discipline.
Shopping is one task we women do not complain about even though it can get really exhausting and time consuming. I am not talking here about leisure window shopping. I am talking about serious shopping; the one that starts with a vision in you head of a look that you want to execute.
