It's 54 in Michigan this December. I guess no white Christmas for us this year. I don't recall a winter that's warm in this state. As much as people complain about Midwest winters and how long they are, I actually miss the snow :(
Plaid is still making presence in 2015-2016 fashion shows. It is a trend that is here to stay and you can make it as trendy or as classic as your heart desires. You can also go for an all plaid look or keep it down to one piece like I did in this outfit.
"whites aren't for winter" is a an outdated concept. Winter whites are actually so in this season. Today's fashionistas don't shy away from this trend that made it to most of 2015 fashion weeks.
Nothing says warmth more than a crowell neck sweater. It doesn't only keep you snug, but it also looks chic whatever you choose to throw over it, or under it;) I found this beautiful one by Banana Republic and I absolutely love it.
You can down dress a piece, or dress it up depending on the occasion. This is what makes your style unique and different. The art of fashion just like that of interior decorating does not only involve choosing the right item, but the way you incorporate it in your home or your outfit.
Winter Whites are so in this season, another reason for my love of whites. I've been on the hunt for the right sweater since the fall. Although it is a simple, casual piece, finding the perfect one for your body type isn't always an easy task (especially when it is light in color.)
