Meditation is a powerful tool. It teaches you to stop thinking about anything and focus on your breath. This is how you gain clarity and perception. We tend to find solutions to problems when we stop thinking about them. It might sound odd, but it's true.
Giving yourself that break is not an easy thing especially when you lead a busy life. You have to train yourself to take this time off, no one is going to give it to you. You need to shut down the world around you and tune in to your inner soul. I so cherish this time no matter how short it is :)
