1 box gluten free quinoa pasta .8oz cooked (follow the instructions on the box)
2 cups chopped raw mushrooms (any kind)
1 jar organic pasta sauce
2 cups chopped peppers
1/4 pound ground meat
1 small onion chopped
2 small shallots chopped
1 cup sliced olives
2 tbs olive oil
1tsp thyme
1tsp oregano
1tsp black pepper, 1/2tsp salt, 1tsp paprika, 1 tsp cinnamon 1/2tsp cayenne pepper
Directions:
1. in a medium size pan brown the meat with the oil, the spices, and the onion until thoroughly cooked
2. add the pasta sauce and bring to a boil
3. add the rest of the ingredients and bring to a boil again
4.turn off the heat and add the cooked pasta
5. lightly stir the mixture without breaking the pasta

the beauty of this dish is that we are not cooking these vegetables and so we are preserving all their heath benefits. Healthy can in fact be super yummy :)
